c. Billing Terms

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled

  • You are responsible for canceling your subscription before renewal

  • Pricing may change with reasonable notice

d. Refunds

All payments are final unless otherwise required by law. Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data

  • Use automation, bots, or scripts to gain unfair advantage

Community Standards

You agree not to create, upload, or use any content within ApexLift that is:

  • Hateful, abusive, or discriminatory toward individuals or groups

  • Harassing, threatening, or violent

  • Obscene or otherwise offensive

  • Misleading or impersonating another person or entity

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Usernames and display names

  • Profile pictures

  • Workout titles or descriptions

  • Messages, comments, or shared content

We reserve the right to:

  • Remove or modify content that violates these standards

  • Suspend or terminate accounts that engage in such behavior

  • Restrict access to community or competitive features

5. Content Moderation

ApexLift may review and moderate user-generated content to enforce these Terms.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:

  • Remove content without prior notice

  • Restrict or disable user accounts

  • Take action against behavior that harms the integrity of the platform or community

We are not obligated to monitor all content but may take action when violations are identified.

6. User Data and Content

You retain ownership of the data you input into ApexLift (e.g., workout data).

By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:

  • Store, process, and display your data

  • Provide analytics, coaching, and competitive features

  • Improve and operate the Service

7. Competitive Features (PvP)

ApexLift includes competitive features such as leaderboards, matches, and events.

You acknowledge:

  • Scores and rankings are calculated using proprietary systems

  • Results may change due to updates or recalculations

  • We are not responsible for perceived inaccuracies or competitive outcomes

We reserve the right to:

  • Adjust scoring systems

  • Reset or modify leaderboards

  • Remove fraudulent or manipulated data

8. Health Disclaimer

ApexLift provides fitness tracking and informational content only.

We do not provide medical advice.

You should consult a qualified professional before beginning any exercise program.

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. AI and Coaching Features

You acknowledge that:

  • Coaching insights are informational only and do not constitute professional, medical, or training advice

  • The effectiveness of recommendations

  • The accuracy of AI-generated outputs

  • Fitness, health, or performance outcomes

Use of these features is at your own risk.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including:

  • Supabase (authentication and database)

  • Stripe (payments)

  • Google / Apple (sign-in)

  • Analytics and monitoring tools

We are not responsible for the performance or policies of these third parties.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if:

  • You post or share prohibited content

  • Your use poses risk to the platform or other users

You may stop using the Service at any time.
